Page structure, enquiry paths and content hierarchy are planned. On the Strategic Growth Website this is where competitor, keyword and search-intent research is applied.

Design and Build
The website is designed and built mobile-first, with clear calls to action, accessible navigation and the technical SEO groundwork set up as the pages are built.

Review
You review the website and give consolidated feedback. Business Website includes two reasonable revision rounds; Strategic Growth Website includes three.

Testing and Launch
Forms, links, layout and speed are tested across phone, tablet and desktop widths, the domain is connected and the site is prepared for Google indexing.

Thirty-Day Guarantee
For thirty days after launch, technical issues relating to the original agreed build are fixed at no cost. It does not include new content, redesign requests, additional pages or changes outside the agreed scope.

Questions before you decide
- Which package should I choose?
- If you already know your pages, services and content and simply need it built properly, choose the Business Website. If you want the website planned around how customers actually search and compare providers, choose the Strategic Growth Website. Either way, the project is quoted individually once the scope is clear.
- How many pages do I get?
- The Business Website includes up to 5 professionally designed pages. The Strategic Growth Website includes up to 8 strategically planned pages. Additional standard pages can be added and are quoted with the rest of the project.
- How many revision rounds are included?
- Two reasonable revision rounds before launch on the Business Website, and three on the Strategic Growth Website.
- Is Google Analytics included?
- Google Analytics and Google Search Console setup are included in the Strategic Growth Website only. Conversion tracking is not included in either package.
- Do I have to take a monthly support plan?
- No. Support is optional. You can use Pay-As-You-Go Website Support as needed, or a monthly plan — Monthly Website Support or Growth Partner — if you want ongoing attention. Each is quoted according to what you need.
- What does the thirty-day guarantee cover?
- Technical issues relating to the original agreed build, at no cost, for thirty days after launch. It does not cover new content, redesign requests, additional pages or changes outside the agreed scope.
- What is not included in monthly support?
- New pages, full copywriting, blog production, major redesigns, custom functionality and full SEO campaigns. Those are scoped and quoted separately.
- Do you build online stores or Shopify sites?
- No. Kingdom Creative currently focuses on business websites. Specialist requests such as integrations, booking systems, memberships, portals and automations can be assessed and quoted separately.
